Preparing Vector Art Files

Vector file formats: .eps, .ai, .pdf (editing capability left on)
Bitmap file formats: .psd, .png (Minimum: 300dpi+, scaled to the sized of the final print or larger )

• Save as CMYK (RGB) will be converted

• Convert Fonts to outlines

• Convert Strokes to objects

• Embed Linked Images

• Specify Thread colours in Madeira Tones if possible.

• Text must be 4mm or larger to be legible.

• Save as PDF (also preferred: .ai, .eps)

Please indicate final images sizes clearly.

Bitmap file formats: .psd, .png. (Minimum: 300dpi+, scaled to the sized of the final print or larger )

• CMYK strongly recommended

• (RGB will be converted)

• Optional: Pantone (PMS colorbook codes only)

• Convert fonts to outlines

• Convert strokes to objects

• Embed any linked images

• Transparent background; use a clipping mask to make clean edges for gradients or shadows/glows.

• Save as PDF (also preferred: .ai, .eps)
